Defects: 

Quality is our #1 goal and mission. We strive to deliver a quality product each and every time as we greatly appreciate your business. However, If you deemed the item/product as unusable please contact us immediately (info@dreamydragonhair.com) within 3 calendar days from the date you received your package. Note: Any alternations done to the hair such as, cutting, perming, coloring, VOIDS any possible accommodations.

All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted sale or clearance items. 

Due to our product being raw hair normally a simple wash and condition will be the solution. 

Cancelations

Processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. Due to this, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to the product, refunds, cancellations, shipment methods, addresses, etc.

FRAUDALENT DISPUTES: We have a designated team to investigate all dispute claims. Any fraudulent allegations will be counter disputed and will result in the original purchased funds as well as possible fees from the bank being reclaimed by our business, and legal fees. 

Customer will also be prohibited from any future purchases.  

Order Error/Sent incorrect item:

Dreamy Dragon  takes pride and goes through multiple checkpoints to ensure customers are sent the correct item the first time. However, if an error was to occur and the customer is advised to complete a return request by one of our agents. You must return within 5 days of receipt to qualify to receive an exchange. Damages must not be done to the product/item. Any return request not received within the time period will be disqualified. The product must be sent back in the original packaging and in “resalable condition”. The product cannot be altered in any form. This includes, but is not limited to worn, washed, brushed, combed, cut, heat/styling tools, colored, and or chemically processed. (Original seals must remain intact as it was received by the client). Shipping back

As a suggestion, all returns to be sent back to us from a trackable parcel carrier with insurance, and signature required. We are not responsible for lost parcels in transit.

The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product return transaction. Once received and determined to be in resealable form, a store credit will be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for that previous promotion.

Once a store credit/gift card is issued, it may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds.

Processing time 1-3 business days

Please, allow both processing and shipping time.

Processing time: 1-3 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is completed, your order is shipped.

Ships: In 1-4 business days you will be provided with a tracking # in the email you sent. 

United States Standard Shipping: usually 3-4 Business Days 

International Orders: DHL Express Worldwide Or UPS Normally 1-5 Business Days 

 We cannot expedited order processing. 

Ships vs Delivery: 

Ship-Meaning Dreamy Dragon have ship the items within the (processing and shipping time frame) 

Delivery- We are not responsible for the time of the customer receiving the package once in the possession of the postal courier 

Tracking #

Once you place your order you will be notified with a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched including a tracking # that will include the estimated delivery date. 

Once payment is complete, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

Please, ensure all Information provided during your checkout process Including your name, shipping address, phone number, email & the desired items and quality is correct before submitting your order as all sales are FINIAL non-refundable

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed, and payment is complete,

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us  AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If your order was placed on the weekend, please call first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

ORDER DELAYS 

Once your order has been shipped and the tracking number has been provided, any delays are the carrier's responsibility. (Dreamy Dragon) is not liable for any delays from the courier.

We highly recommended that you do not make any salon appointments or place any deposits down until your parcel is received. Dreamy Dragon will not be responsible for any hair appointment cancellations. Please accordingly plan when placing your order, as all sales are final.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or any carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY TAXES 

Although there aren’t usually any taxes charged, Your purchase will arrive (Delivery Duty Unpaid) 

Any US or International Refused orders will not be refunded!

  • Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Dreamy Dragon.
  • Dreamy Dragon will not be responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the courier to the local carrier in your country, or air and group transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.
  • Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.

DELIVERY

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the postal carrier, and or package protection if purchased as soon as possible, and put in a claim. Dreamy Dragon is not held liable for packages that state DELIVERED that has not been received, lost or stolen.
